The client required a full-scope post-construction cleaning service that met the highest presentation and habitability standards for handover.

Given the scale and complexity of the development - including multiple active contractors, continuous fine dust from sanding and finishing works, and phased zone releases - HygieNZ implemented a structured, zone-by-zone cleaning programme. The team maintained strict recontamination control protocols throughout, ensuring each completed zone met handover-ready standards before the next phase commenced.
