The Indigo Hotel & Apartments is a landmark mixed-use development in Auckland's central business district, comprising an international 4.5-star hotel, luxury apartments, and retail and hospitality spaces across approximately 41 levels - including over 225 hotel rooms and 30 premium apartments. This project demanded a cleaning standard well beyond that of a conventional construction site.
