An 18-level student accommodation tower in the heart of Auckland, delivering 758 student rooms alongside retail and communal amenities. The development integrates the restored 1929 Art Deco facade of the original structure with a contemporary high-performance tower - combining heritage preservation with modern residential design.
Our Approach
HygieNZ coordinated cleaning operations across all 18 levels within a highly constrained CBD environment, working in parallel with multiple active contractors. A progressive, zone-by-zone delivery model was applied to manage recontamination risk and ensure compliance with the project's Green Star 5 sustainability targets.
